I believe there are 2 and 5 pound balls as well as 1,2 pound hand weights. I just use 3 pound dumbells. I had the 1st set of balls that came out. They eventually lost air. I guess now they come flat and you just fill them up.

I'm pretty sure they're two pound weights. One of her DVD sets actually comes with the plastic casings you fill with water to make the balls. I have them, but haven't tried filling them up because I have "real" two pound weights. Sharon

If I'm not mistaken, I think she had 2 pound and 5 pound weights.... you may be able to find out on her web-site.... lesliesansone.com

So, does anyone know how much the balls weigh? I've been using baked beans. They're my Walk Away Weighted Beans. Hehe. Anyhow, I was wanting to make sure I was using a similar weight! Thanks. :)
