Hi Eleanor, I'd go with one of their chicken dishes myself because they mostly come with veggies or salad. ie CHICKEN PESTO WITH SALAD
Grilled chicken breast served in a basil pesto, cherry tomato & garlic sauce, accompanied with a side Greek salad.
Basically pick a meal then work out the calories ahead of time so you can adjust what you eat for breakfast and lunch. If they dont have the quantities, you can always phone the manager and ask how many grams of ie the chicken or is it a half chicken or a quarter chicken. They are very helpful. If you plan on having a glass of wine track it all in.
Its easy to work around because you can make a large veggie soup to have for lunch and you can ie have 1 cup of oats with apple for breakfast.
I normally go to the Spur because they have a salad valley which includes cottages cheese for the protein.
