Wow hello there. So good to see SOMEONE still chatting on the SA site. It says we have 13 800 members but I have no idea where they are...Bermuda triangle maybe?

My goals for March are to go sugar free and carb free again. In the month of Feb I lost some of my control I have had for nearly a year. I had some serious issues/dramas going on and lost sight of caring for my healthy eating life style. After gaining 3.5kgs I decided NO MORE. I worked so jolly hard for the 24kgs I have lost last year and no ways was I going to go back there again.
So far its day 6 and Im going strong.

I will NOT run emotionally from compliments and hide in fat layers for protection.

Good day SA's goal setters

I am setting my goals high this month. I want to go to gym 3 times a week for the whole month, I would like to stick to eating healthy without too many cheats and I would like to see if it is possible for me to lose at least 5kgs this month.

M new to this page, but i have registered for 10k race end of march so my goals are 1.traning 3 times a week- one yoga and two interval joggings 2. proper diet with low intake of sugar 3. 8 hours of sleep and 4. plenty of water

Welcome!!! Yes you can do it!!! It is going to be awesome. My Goals are to really focus on the weight I wanted to lose when i joined in August and I have just been at a stand still. i am going to try harder and stay focused! I think i am going to need more help from all of you guys! we can do this together!

I'm new to this page.My goal is to lose weight from 88kg today and start exercising.My goal is to lose at least 2 kgs a week.I want to have lost weight in March.Ultimate goal weight is65-70kgs.Have already had 12 glasses of water today emoticon

My goal is to get back on track with my eating. I dont celebrate xmas so that isnt the big issue for me. I just get lazy and tired from the year. But I have a wedding to go to in March so I cant let my guard down now.

Hi All

My Goals for December are to try as hard as i can to keep on track and if i eat a little more then try to up my work out frequency! going to be difficult but i have faith that i can do this! also stick to eating healthy on the weekends!!! have been doing well since November just need to keep to it.! very difficult ,no motivation, but I ran a 5K Saturday and I think now I found it again,
it is now the 20th so basically I have 10 days is that doable ? we will see.

Thx. I'm decided to add one more goal. I measured myself on Monday and will measure myself at the end of the month to see how many centimeters I lose as well as weight on the scale.

Last month was not my best. So this month, I chose to get back to 30 days zero junk, zero sugar, zero fizzy drinks, not even the zero ones. Done well so far, and the scale is going down again. Yay.

Gosh Alyanda...only one month to reach your goal....go for it.
My goal is to try and lose 6kgs this month. I should be able to do it and I have a boat trip riding on it.....so all the more reason to fight fight fight any bad urges to eat anything I shouldnt be eating.

My goal is to be active while being at home for the holidays with my little girl. Swimming and playing and keeping the house clean. I will be entertaining family members and will have to keep to my eating plan throughout and avoid to much of the tarts that I love so much!

Get my waist below 30 inches (currently 31.2 so might not be by end of Nov but will still aim for it)
Walk to the shops, to friends, wherever I can - instead of driving
Spend more quality time with friends and family

I am so excited as I have got three main goals for November,

1) Learn to accept my body image
2) Loose at least 4 lbs
3) Do at least 50 minutes of Cardio 5 x a week
