might help to start by using all the tools on SP. track your fitness, and your food intake - be obsessive for a week or two and see how much you really are eating vs. burning. i sometimes didn't realize just how calorie dense some foods were, even when they're healthy.

Hope everyone is well & not too cold on these chilly days we've been having in SA. I joined SP yesterday in the hope that it would help me kick this plateau Ive been stuck on for the last ALMOST 2MONTHS!!! I have recently lost 17kgs - and then it litrally hit the breaks on me?!? Ive tried changing my workouts, making them more intense - almost killing myself in the process, changing my menu's but still keeping them within my healthy habbits BUT nothing is budging...now it goes up a couple grams and down a couple...driving me insane!!!!!
I dont know what more to do, and slowly but surely becoming frustrated (and going to give in to my bad habbits out of sheer frustration!)
Does anyone have any any any help for me at all regarding this??? And i definitly do have more weight to lose, so it cant be "stuck" at this weight I am now. Anyone else experienced this?
