Good I also like to workout on Techno music. Beat is good. If I am lazy like today, I normally take the playlist with my songs I like most. It has slow and fast music on. If I get to a fast song I need to move and keep up to the beat. Slow song, I take it abit slower to catch my breath.

Alrighty, so I have my body assessment lined up for early Monday morning after which I will have my session with the personal trainer. All good and well. After reading some message board posts on Spark People it seems like everyone recommends taking some music with you to work out to. So here is my question: What is your favourite playlist? I need to compile mine and what I normally listen to is too progressive, it would appear. So please help?
