I have a victory to share.
I am busy with the Rookie 5km walk/jog challenge. My route is like a triangle. Every week I change my route, this week this side around and next week the other side around.
Two weeks ago I walk/jog the hard side around. It have one very steep side with a on going up up up to the top but not so steep as the first part. It is really hard. The hill won everytime!!
Last week I went the other way around. It went well and my speed increase everyday..
This week it's the hard side again. Last night I had to face that steep part again.. Oh but I was so suprise when I get to the steep part. My speed has increase so much from I have started, that I could walk up that steep part !!!
I was so greatfull. Now if I can keep up this speed, I have two weeks to get stronger and more fit before I face that hill again..
By that time I am SURE I going to beat that hill !!!
