Ok Thank you all for your replies so far. I will check in tomorow morning and see if there is more replies and then make the changes according to what is been said here.

Please remember it's my first month of leader, and I still have alot to learn. There is alot of info that the leader-team is giving us that we can use and do. So let's take it slow, little by little till we modify this team that everyone will love it.

Please feel free to write to me any time. There is going be times that you do not like everything that I am doing, but I going to try my best to keep everyone happy as far as possible. If you are not talking to me, I cannot know if you are unhappy.. We are a team, taking each others hands and going through this journey together. So help me making this the BEST team on SP...

My 2cents worth as well.....

1. I like the Elephant, but it does not really matter to me either.
2. 30 min per day sounds good, 5 days per week.
3. Recipes sounds good.
4. Maybe have a section where we can say what we did wrong and how we can improve.
5. What we really do need it tons and tons of motivation.


I will NOT run emotionally from compliments and hide in fat layers for protection.

I like the elephant ,but the old one is good to.
30 min a day is ok 5 -7 days.
The rest i think you are on your own
you all have my support
I have not much time to spend on the net either.

My 2cents

1. I like the Zebra, but it does not really matter.
2. 30 min per day sounds good, 5 days per week.
3. Recipes sounds good, especially if we can find substitutes for some of the overseas products also maybe makeovers of traditional SA recipes, give it a nice healthy version. (I am not going to track my food at other places other than my nutritional tracker.)
4. All I can offer is support.
5. Change the challenges sounds ok, however one do not want to spend hours on the net etc. What we really do need it tons and tons of motivation.

1.3 nothing wrong with the existing Team picture - it says it all

2.1 Fitness Minutes - 30minutes per day but only 5 days per week - there have to be rest days in between, especially for newbies, and after Events

2.2 Recipes - maybe I'll blog and put in pix

2.3 Weight Loss - some of us are here to Maintain! Are you suggesting Maintain or Percentage of Total weight lost - the numbers are actually irrelevant as we don't share or need to know height and build - too complex anyway

2.5 My fruit veg and water go into my Spark QuickStart and wouldn't register . Who has time to report back on what we have learned on a regular basis?

Ok Team tomorow starts the new month and we have a few ? not answered..
I will act on what we decide today in this forum.

1. We must do the final vote on our team pic. Here is the options we have.

2. Goals for November.
2.1. Fitness minutes
I must put an average fitness minute goal in. What will be a good average for all of us? Maybe 30min per day?

2.2. Recipy challenge
I do love this one, because of our food is different, it will be really helpfull. I also think it will overcome the question from what are we eating each day. Or maybe we can combine the two. We can track the goal in our "other goal" and then it will be automatically add to the team. Then I can make a forum for that challenge where we can write our recipy and say what we eat today.

2.3. Weigh in I think it is a must. It's what SP is about. At the end rock bottom we are all here to loose some weight. I also think it will be inspiring to see how we as a team is doing together.

2.4. I also like the idea of new friends invite. It will give our team a big boost and we get more sparkpoints. Bobby911 is the only MR. on our team at the moment and then he is young too, so if I must put myself in his shoes, he must feel abit lost between all our women friends. This team is for male and female and all ages. We need to make it interesting for them all.

2.5. That leave us with one open space. We can add water, fruit and veggies, but most of the teams have these goals. What about a 1 day challenge. Everyday something new. Example:
Today we do some extra abb training. Tomorow we focus on fruits. Next day we must read one Nutrition letter and tell the team what you have learn.. ect.

Please it's our team, and we must modify it the way we all like it. Every vote counts...
