alright, everyone! we are in the middle of a very cold winter, and i'm wondering how everyone is staying active!?
personally, i have a variety of things on my plate. i love going to the gym - gets me out of the house and i really like the vibe at my gym, too (virgin active). at the moment, i'm doing the new rules of lifting for women, which involves lifting really heavy weights 2-3 times per week. the rest of the time, i might do some endurance cardio (running, cycling, rowing, etc.) if i go to the gym. otherwise, i LOVE my zumba dvds, and i have a couple dvds that i got from women's health magazine. i have to have variety, otherwise i get really bored, really quickly.
