We got some sunshine back yesterday and today but it's only reached 18C
I went to bed early Monday and Tuesday nights - cheaper to use my electric blanky than to try to warm the room or any part of the house!! Watched all my favourite programs, snacked on healthy almonds and dried mangos and slept like a log for a change
Making butternut soup with cumin and paprika, and half a cup of OJ. Went for a 6.8km walk this morning 16min/miles rather than Aqua and then an hour of BodyWorx - one way to warm the toes.
When it's a combination of cold and wet, I head to the treadmill to do my Walk-a-Thon mileage - but I hate it! I couldn't live in the UK any more - cold urticaria kicks in at 22C :( - mind you, if I had central heating and could afford to run it, and never had to go out I suppose I could just about cope - but then I'd get cabin fever :D
