You'll get out what you put in - and if accountability is going to help you then joining in with team challenges and finding cyber-energy-buddies is probably the way to go. Once I have written that I am going to do something, I feel committed to get on with it and altho I may not always complete in time, I do eventually.

Hi there. I can relate to so much you have posted and I must say feeling uncomfortable is the hardest of all! I also am struggling with an underactive thyroid and the mood swings I experience, that's so bad. I told myself that this year will be t;he kilolosing year but it is harder that I've expected.
But together we will stand and reach our goals!
Hi All...I have joined this site after seeing a programme on E. I really battle with my weight. About 1 year ago , I started piling on the kilos. I went to the doc and found out that I had an underactive thyroid. I am on tertroxine and diotroxine. I now have about 13 kilos to lose. I have a problem with binge eating. I am fine on a diet for about a week and then go off the rails. I do go to gym 5 times a week and feel better for it...Oh and forgot to mention I have started menopause. I really need to take control of this problem and lose weight. I do not feel great about myself at the moment and am uncomfortable.
