When I am pressed for time, I simply login and spin the wheel, then I can do the tracking on a different day when I have more time.

Don't sweat the small stuff!

Do any of you have a Spark ritual? I know you don't Rochiez, because you hate rituals and habits. I do.
This is mine:
I allow myself about 60mins playing on Spark-chatting teams and reading things. I can track fitness and nutrition whenever I want. This is how I devide my time:
Logon, Nutrition tracker - colour all the fruit and veg and fill the glass. Even if it is a fasting day when I don't eat at all. Sorry, I just love colouring in. Fitness tracker - track what I plan to do. This forces me to stick to it. If I can't, the next workout doesn't count and is not tracked. Quick track of other goals. Work through emails- I read all blogs of friends and I make a point to chat with each one at least 1xweek. I always add friends that add me. This team and Equinox is always checked on, and then Friend Feed. If I have time I read polls and articles and visit my other teams.
I never spin for Spark points. I don't talk on community forum. I don't post secrets, and I don't often read success stories. I do read the blogs on the teams I visit, and unless the blogger has a list of comments the size of my arm, I always comment.
This is how I contain spark, because an easily addicted person like me could allow it to grow into a time eating monster. Check for recipes once a week and add them to my cookbook.
This keeps the spark from becomming a wildfire.
What do you do?
