Hi this is so great. I need to lose all my baby weight. I have a 2 month old baby boy and two older daughters 10 and 8 years old. I am hoping to melt that fat away but find it a lot harder this time around. I am looking forward to getting to know people on this site, it's great to be around other moms.

Hi :) I'm Johanna, married almost 5 yrs, we have 3 kids, 3yrs, 2 yrs, and a 6 month old. Love my family to bits, struggle to find the energy to do things when up all night feeding the youngest, but am determined that this year will be my year for change mentally, and physically. Excited to meet mums on a similar journey :) lets do this!

Hi, my husband and I have been married 17 years and we have 4 children ages 2, 9, 12, and 14. The big gap inbetween the last two is due to a vasectomy and then a reversal. :) I'm trying to lose a little weight but I'm also trying to conceive and if we do become pregnant I plan to count every calorie so that I don't gain the usual 50-60 pounds. I'm 5 feet tall and right now weigh 117. I'd like to get down to 110 if possible and if I get pregnant before then I don't want to gain more than the recommended weight (I think its 25 pounds?). I look forward to getting to know everyone here. :)

Hi my name is Elizabeth, I have a 14 month old daughter, work full time, and go to school once a week. I had a very active military lifestyle before I had my baby and having the hardest time getting back to my pre-baby weight. I am currently 180lbs and my goal is to be 130lbs.

I'm new here. My hubby and I have 2 sons, soon to be 9 and soon to be 7, and 1 daughter who is almost 10 months. My cousin and her hubby have a baby girl who is almost 6 months. We are soon going to be starting a Mommy and Me program in our area. I believe it's almost the same as MOPS. We're just going to do our own thing though. I can't wait!! I'm so excited for play dates and such!!!

Hi! I'm Christina and I just had my third baby boy on Nov 3. I really need to get back into shape. I don't have a lot to lose, but finding time to work out is going to be hard, but what isn't??? I'm not a MOPS member, but have been thinking about starting one at our church. I'll continue to pray about it....

Hello to all of you! I am newer to SP and also to this MOPS forum. However with my life experience as a stay at home momma to three, degree in Therapeutic Recreation, current training as a holistic health coach and absolute love of encouraging others I thought I could offer some positive energy and love to you! I enjoy food, love God and find the ocean as a part of me. My favorite healthy snack is carrots and hummus. My favorite bad snack is baked goods. My greatest barrier to health is sleep deprivation. My greatest strength is the support of my husband and our God. What are yours?

Hi Moms... LOL, I just joined my local MOPS group! (YAY) and we had our first meeting. I'm loving it! It's also really nice that the mom who got me to go was a friend that I met at another mommy and me group hehe...
Anyway, I'm Ruth. I'm a happy wife and mom. I have a beautiful red-headed daughter who will be two in December. and an incredible hubby to whom I'll be married for 5 years in March. We moved to a new town right after we found out I was pregnant, and I'm still feel really new in my "adopted" hometown. I'm finally starting to try and meet new people and make friends... but for someone who's usually a social butterfly, I've been finding it really hard!
I've been incredibly lucky to be a stay at home mom these past 2 years, and although I'm going back to work part time, I still really feel like I SAHM anyway (I'll be working a few hours in the evenings during the week, and a few hours every other weekend). We'll see how it goes!

I am a new mom of a 5 month old and a step mom to a 5 year old. I just joined my local MOPS after sarai was born. I am trying to get back into shape and I love connecting with moms who might be hitting the same milestones that I am dealing with. Like how do you get your children to sleep through the night with out a bottle in the middle if they are on formula and cereal?
Hello! I have been a member of SP for quite some time, but I am just getting back on track and ready to loose this weight! I am the momma of 4 kids (9,7,5,3) and the finance director of the MOPS group at my church. Would love to meet some new friends along the way! :)

I am a new member. I have been working w/ Sparkpeople for a while, but lately have had a couple of big losses in my family, which sidetracked me. I am ready to get back at it. I have a four year old son (turns 5 May 19) and a 2 year old daughter (turns 3 April 12.) So they keep me busy along with working and the hubby! I am anxious to lose the rest of my weight, so I can run with my kids and not feel like I am going to pass out!
