We are into the last half of the month already, time seems to be flying by and for those of us in the northern hemisphere the days are shortening and the our exercise outdoors will be done in either poor lightening or after dark. So here is a gentle reminder for you all to stay safe, light up your bikes, wear reflective gear running or walking and find a buddy/group or exercise in a safe, well lit area. Take your time and watch out for wet leaves and icy patches. And most of all have fun!
