5/1: Weighed in at 205 lbs

6/1: Goal weight : 198.85 lbs

My previous goal was to be below 200 lbs by 6/1/07,
my first weight loss anniversary. On 6/1/06 I started my weight loss at 250 lbs.

You could do 45 minutes EVERYDAY...or longer on some days so you can have a rest day. The concept is to reach for a total of 5.25 hours of cardio exercise by the end of each week. We'll go from Sunday to Saturday for our weeks.

I typically workout 25-30 minutes in the morning before work plus 45 minutes during my lunch hour, so I could technically not workout during the weekend if it's busy. I also plan to follow the March challenge of 10 miles/day (average) in April as well. That'll be considered extra credit. :)

Have fun with it! Start a streak and see how long you can keep it up.

Does this means we have to do 45mins cardio, 7 days a week(i.e everyday)?.

The monthly challenge is devoted to:
3% loss of body weight by the end of the month.
(Changing your ticker is optional)

The weekly challenge:
3% of each day doing any cardio activity (roughly 45 minutes a day)

***Great job to everyone that participated in our first challenge, 10 miles/day in March!! Feel free to keep up that streak for the month of April as well. That is....if you're up to the EXTRA challenge!
