I am sorry, but I am going to drop from the team for the month of July. I had to have my appendix out on the 6th, and had not gotten in many miles before that. I know that I won't be putting in miles for the next few weeks either as I am under so many restrictions. I hope to rejoin in Aug. Keep running, walking, and biking and keep up the good work. You will make it to the moon soon.
