Just getting started with a goal of riding my bike 3x a week for at least 30 mins. Some of this will have to be indoors but I'm getting outside when weather permits. So I'm committing to riding my bike at least 90 mins each week....not counting miles yet. 2/21 30 mins (inside) 2/23 60 mins (outside....lovely winter day riding in the park near my house)
