Hi everone! This is my first post, jeiiijiiii! :-)

@CULLWER - said right - we have to focus on what we can do and what we did right that day, not what we did not do. That is the only thing it really can give result at most of people! Cullver, I see you have lost 7 kg, good for you! I lost and gained back 12 in last year so I am starting from agian. :)

I have a bike but I have to wait to ride it because the weather. Than I will count kilometars :) Until than I will start indoor cycling (again) and find a way to give something to this group. I am glad I am here!

Used to be very active but, then I got lazy and stopped being so active. Ate a lot and got heavy. Got tired of it. I want to see my grandchildren get married. (I don't have any, my kids are still in school.) I am back into swimming, cycling and weightlifting.

Don't know why I waited so long to get back into shape.

I thought I'd freshen things up a bit and I've created the following thread. The idea is if you come across something which inspires or motivates you, post a link here. A picture, a quote, an article or story, or music.

I'll start the ball rolling, I was directed to this SP article today and really like the idea of only speaking to yourself as you would to others...it had some great suggestions and tips. I've even started a playlist for motivational music.
