here goes; 1] workout some how everyday 2] take time for me 30 mins 3]try to plan my meals ahead of time left overs for lunch at work 4] drink all my water daily 5] track my workouts and food 6] be encouraging to my spark team-mates

Happy New Year, one and all. I'm sure like you you have all made new year's resolutions which involve you living a healthy and more fulfilled life and in that I echo your sentiments.
