1] workout some how everyday
2] take time for me 30 mins
3]try to plan my meals ahead of time left overs for lunch at work
4] drink all my water daily
5] track my workouts and food
6] be encouraging to my spark team-mates
ONE HOOP, ONE JUMP, ONE STEP AT A TIME IS ALL IT TAKES TO MELT THE FAT.

1 supporting my sparkfriends and enjoying their blogs and company
2 eating well
3 allowing a few treats
4 exercising daily- at least 3 cardio and 3 St sesssions a week (mixing it up)
5 stretching nightly b4 bedtime
7 taking on plenty of fluid
8 resisting depression
9 to not expect perfection and accept my flaws
10 to forgive myself when I louse up

So here goes, I ask you to bear witness to my commitment to myself for 2013:
Some form of exercise daily, no excuses
Time out of each day to reflect, (10-15 minutes)

Plan and prepare my meals and exercise one day in advance, so no snap decisions.

Happy New Year, one and all. I'm sure like you you have all made new year's resolutions which involve you living a healthy and more fulfilled life and in that I echo your sentiments. A friend of mine says if you are truly committed to something you should write it down and so to that end I invite you to post that which you have committed to for 2013.
