Sticking with my 400 mile goal - I've been riding my stationary recumbent (knee pain followed by replacements kept me off a "real" bike) until today (12/01) when I got a new beach cruiser. Going to start riding with the grands as well as my stationary at night.

Sticking with my 400 mile goal - I've been riding my stationary recumbent (knee pain followed by replacements kept me off a "real" bike) until today (12/01) when I got a new beach cruiser. Going to start riding with the grands as well as my stationary at night.

Sticking with my 400 mile goal - I've been riding my stationary recumbent (knee pain followed by replacements kept me off a "real" bike) until today (12/01) when I got a new beach cruiser. Going to start riding with the grands as well as my stationary at night.

Sticking with my 400 mile goal - I've been riding my stationary recumbent (knee pain followed by replacements kept me off a "real" bike) until today (12/01) when I got a new beach cruiser. Going to start riding with the grands as well as my stationary at night.

12/01 - 3.7 walk, 16.8 bike
12/02 - 2.2 rowing, 3.5 walk, 1 bike (real one!)

Sticking with my 400 mile goal - I've been riding my stationary recumbent (knee pain followed by replacements kept me off a "real" bike) until today when I got a new beach cruiser. Going to start riding with the grands as well as my stationary at night.

12/01 - 3.7 walk, 16.8 bike
12/02 - 2.2 rowing, 3.5 walk, 1 bike (real one!)
12/03 - 2.3 walk, 18.5 bike (combination stationary, rolling)

Total: 48 miles
