My understanding is that strength training is strength training, and is not aerobic nor convertible to miles.
Spin biking would have an approximate mileage conversion, but isn't very accurate.

To the best of my understanding, although biking does help strengthen leg muscles, it is definitely aerobic/cardio - like walking - and doesn't convert to ST.

I was wondering if the minutes I spend in ST could be converted ie) 15 min ST= 1 mile. emoticon
