As I have no idea what kind of target to set for myself I'm going to pick 150 miles as that seems to be a good middle ground compared to what other people are setting themselves.
I'm going to cheat and add miles I've walked to - maybe I'll pretend that I had a puncture and had to walk some of the way before I found a star to rest and fix my bike on.
Now it's later in the month and the weather is hotter I've been whimping out and walking instead of cycling!
7/9 - 3.4, walked to the supermarket 7/10 - 14 miles, biked to work and back 7/11 - 5 miles, walked to lots of places 7/12 Lazy day today, legs feel like they need a rest! 7/13 1 mile, walked 7/14 3 miles, walked 7/15 3 miles, walked 7/16 aerobics, so no miles 7/17 1 mile, walked 7/18 3 miles, walked 7/19 3 miles indoor walk 7/20 Last day of term - got driven to the pub! 7/21 lazy day! 7/22 3 miles, walked 7/23 1 mile, walk 7/24 2 miles, evening stroll 7/25 5 miles, walked into and around town
