I just wanted to post that I exceeded my stretch goal of 300 miles in February. Woo hoo!!

I think I'll keep the goal at 300 for March. If I can keep on this pace, I will have logged nearly 1/3 of my goal miles for the year by the end of March!!

I'm well on my way. Over 200 miles of my 300 mile goal completed. WOO HOO!!! Looking forward to seeing Feb totals against Jan totals. I think we are doing well.

My goal is for 50 miles....it is still too cold to get out and ride so this will be on my spinner and elliptical.

January goal: fit into ski pants by months end! Ack!

My goal is to achieve a 2.5 swim a 112 bike ride and a 26 mile run in one day by the end of this month. During this month, I have to increase my distances to get to my ultimate goal. So I do not really know what will happen mileage wise this month. But a rough estimate would be about 75 miles a week.

I had 102 miles in January, but I accoplished that distance in 11 days. Given that February is 28 days, I would expect to get 260 for the full month. I will aim for 300, but that is a stretch given that I spend 1/2 of my cardio routine on the eliptical (very hard to rack up miles).

I changed my original goal for the year from 2,000 to 3,650 because I was able to maintain or excede 10 miles a day average.

I met my January goal by 1/27! Everything else was just a bonus. I plan to rack up as many miles as I can!

I want to better my time this June on our annual biking fundraiser event that we do called "Elephant Rock". It's a huge cycling event with over 7,000 riders in Castle Rock, Colorado. The routes vary from an 8 mile family ride to a century. We do the 32 mile ride every year and I hope to be able to keep up with my husband this year. He does this ride pulling our 3 year son in a trailer and I still can't keep up with him on the hills.

Welllll - my January total was 66.6 (yikes!!!!). My goal for February is a minimum of 200. Not as unrealistic as it sounds - since we're tapering our on-foot mileage in my training to walk the half-marathon in the middle of the month. Which means I can start adding miles on the bike (a lot easier to rack up the miles on wheels than on foot!).

My exact goal is 10 miles per day, 5 days per week as my minimum.

In february I plan to:
-Bike 10 miles per day
-Walk 11 miles per week outside(for me that's a lot with my knee)
Total Miles = 336 miles.
