2/12 30 Minutes elliptical, 40 minutes strength training, 20 minutes on the bike...I am having a hard time enjoying my bike as it is hooked up to the trainer. I can hardly wait for nice weather and the daily riding outside...not to mention the dogs will quit barking at me...lol.
2/13 32 Minutes on the elliptical and some strength training. 2/14 33 Minutes on the elliptical and upper body strength training
