December will be the challenge for me. I figure to reach my goal of 1000 miles on the stationary bike, I need to do between 30 to 40 miles per day to reach it.For the month of November I have been trying to get my lower back in shape and avoid the pinched nerve problem. Stretching and a heating pad at night seems to have worked, about 85% pain free.
I plan to ride 20 miles in the morning after my 3 mile walk with Barney, Then aim to do another 20 or more miles at night on the same day.
My routine has been stagnant and this should shake things up.I am pleased to have kept my exercise routine and eating plan the same for so long, because I in the past have just jumped from plan to plan when I didn't get the results I wanted. Consistency is the key and it is something I needed to learn and apply.We'll see how this goes, I'll try to report results on a daily basis.
