Short this month. Had projected 880. Total for October is 720 miles. But still not bad. Using November to get my back in shape and try for 1000 miles for December. Nice way to end the year, a gift to myself and ready to start the New Year.

Sorry I haven't been around much but with the new job and my wife on vacation for the month things have been hectic. Hope to make a comeback this November and December.

I'm sorry to say but, this may be my last post for some time. I have had some issues concerning myself and well just life in general, and so I've had to make a decision. And part of that decision will no longer give me a reason to post because I won't be having anything positive to say. Yes from time to time life simply sucks, but we all have to make a choice whether it's a good one or a bad one. Life will go on :(

I do wish you all the best on your weight loss, and I wish you one simple thing. Don't give up, unless you have no other choice. Fight to the bitter end.
