25 miles in June. I just re-fixed my bike. I live three miles from the bus stop, which I use every week. The bike is ideal for saving on car and truck gas.

Average for 3 months 618.6 miles.
July Goal is 600 + miles
Went to doing a constant speed and no intervals because of my knee.
Added 30 minutes to work off stress and it helped with the total.
Want to continue this for the next 3 monhs.


My goal for June is to do 600 miles again. Hopefully, my knee will work with me.

I've been biking to work and back every (work)day in June, so counting tomorrow, which I assume will be no different, since I sold my car last year and this is how I roll - literally - my distance this month is 440 km which translates to 273.4 miles.

I'm gonna set my goal for June at 100 miles. I am still training so that is at least 2 mile/2days a week, 3 mile/1 day a week on foot and 15 mile/1 day a week on bike. Rounded up :D
