An abysmal 5.08 miles this month, not one on the bike....I don't know where the month went!

Hi everyone
Well, I met my goal- obviously I set it too low so I will keep pedaling and see where I end up at the end of the month. This could become addicting- there is nothing like riding my bike in the early AM!

My goals are different this month.
B=bike 200 miles
E=elliptical 3-4 times per week (especially to make up times I can't ride during the week so that I have 4 30min exercise periods at least per week.
G=gym I need to get some weight training in, my goal is once per week for September.

I'm not off to a good start this month. I haven't been able to bike at all, migraines were awful this past week.

Just bought my bike a month ago. If I do my 4.1 miles 2X a week, I should be able to hit 36.9 miles. So far, I have 12.3 under my belt. I love the new experience. Wonder if any of my kids or grandkids would ever have thought I would be on a bike, riding around in the forrest!

B=bike 200 miles
E=elliptical 3-4 times per week (especially to make up times I can't ride during the week so that I have 4 30min exercise periods at least per week.
G=gym I need to get some weight training in, my goal is once per week for September.

Last month was exceptional for me with riding miles and not likely to be repeated since I don't have a week off.

emoticon My goals are different this month.
B=bike 200 miles
E=elliptical 3-4 times per week (especially to make up times I can't ride during the week so that I have 4 30min exercise periods at least per week.
G=gym I need to get some weight training in, my goal is once per week for September.

You can log in every day if that works for you, thats great. If you get busy you can log in a few days at a time whatever works est for you the just be sure you log in your miles for each day.
I log in my whole most of AUG yesterday on that thread becuase I hadn't posted any of it yet.
I hope that helps
