I only have two of her DVD's The 5 mile fat burning walk walk@home, and ultimate collection walk away the pounds. Have a great day.

Great job on doing 4 miles of leslie sansone.... I didn't even know she made 5 mile videos. Have you tried doing any of her 1 mile strength walks? Those are tough. I know a lot of people from Enterprise who came to the University and I've heard it's a nice town and the new(ish) schools are really good since they rebuilt so recently.

Hi Maureen,

Yesterday I was getting cramps in my left leg while sitting the the recliner so I did nothing yesterday. I just finished pushing myself and I did 4 miles of Leslie Sansone's 5 Fat Burning miles. I surprised myself by finishing it. I did have to take a short break after each mile. After the fourth one, I figured I better not push any harder.

You are an inspiration.

By the way my son James is in Enterprise, Al. with his family. He is in the Army and will be retiring in January.

Have a great weekend.

Praying for all those that are planning to do the TROT

Love
Clint

emoticon emoticon I'm glad to see you again Pastor! And, personally I think Leslie Sansone is a great idea! I use her videos when it rains and that's actually how I got started exercising. Others in my family are also using her videos to lose weight so they're a lot more effective than they seem! (and, wow, that was a lot of exclamation marks. No more caffeine for me!)

Thanks for the Challenge, I need that little something to get me going. I was at 385 a few years ago and down to 310 now. 18 months ago I did do a 5K at the World Grit's Festival in St. George, SC. It took me 1 hour and 18 seconds. Since then I have done very little. 18 months ago I was down to 292 and felt so much better. I will attempt to do a 3 mile walk with a Leslie Sansone Walk@Home DVD. I will come back and let you know if I completed it later today.

I will be praying for everyone on the team, that they will find the success they are reaching for.

Thanks
Clint

Hey! This is a space for anyone who's signed up for an SP virtual 5k, or even thinking about one. Whether you run or walk (or both), no matter the distance (5k or 1 mile), and no matter what plan you follow or don't this is a space to encourage and support each other.

My story
Last year, I used the SP walk 5k plan and completed the first SP fall 5k by doing one I found in my community. I was 275 pounds and walking that course was one of the toughest things I'd ever done.
Over the summer, I finished C25K and ran 2 miles of another local 5k on July 4th before the heat wiped me out and I walked the rest. Now that the weather is a little cooler I'm hoping to run the entire 3.1 miles. If anyone has any questions about either the SP virtual plans or C25k, I'd be happy to answer them. Also, as someone's who's still a beginner if you want to share your successes or moan and complain about the bad days I'll be happy to listen to those too! Stop in and say hi!
