I saw an article in the paper not too long ago and I tried to get the family to chip in to get one for my father-in-law for Father's Day.

If this can stimulate seniors I wonder what the Wii Fit would do for us.

My birthday is coming up soon. I was thinking of suggesting gift cards. Then I could ask for them again at Christmas and possibly get a Wii for myself.
It certainly doesn't take up space like excerise equiptment does.
I got my DH to get me one of those rebounders, AKA min-trampoline, for Mother's Day. He wouldn't spend the money on the better one saying that he could make a handlebar for alot less. ( But show him a new fising rod, tool or rifle. GRRRrr. MEN! LOL )
I opened the box very carefully, assembled it and played on it for a few days. I realised that I needed the handlebar because my balance isn't what it used to be since I hurt my back.
My DH promised he would make me the handlebar like they have on the better version. But he didn't. So I packed it back up, returned it and bought the URBAN REBOUNDER for myself.
This one is a MUCH better quality! It's heavy duty like you'd find in a gym.
I could only do it for a few minutes at a time at first. But it's getting easier now. I like it.
My 4 year old granddaughter just loves the thing. It sure uses up alot of her excess energy.
