it was 114 hours to Dubai then a stop to change planes & gates & 5 hours home

TODAY IS LIFE THIS IS NOT A DRESS REHEARSAL

PEANUT BUTTER ON CHEESE CRACKERS
CELERY WITH PEANUT BUTTER
1/4 cup walnuts or other unsalted nuts
tomato and cottage cheese
peanut butter and 1/2 an apple

plain greek yogurt with berries

hummus with celery or veggie of choice (like peppers, carrots, etc.)

Cinnamon Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding

1 cup cappuccino almond milk
3 Tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 small pinch sea salt
1 teaspoon unprocessed dark chocolate

Mix ingredients together and blend in bowl. Let sit overnight.

servings: 2
serving size: 1/2 cup
calories: 87
fat: 6.9 grams
sodium: 220 mg.
carbohydrates = 6.3 grams
fiber = 4.7 grams
protein = 3.4 grams

**you can use unsweetened almond milk, but might need to add sweetening to it, whether it be agave or stevia
