Thanks for your words of encouragement. I have been having a difficult time getting outside because of several wildfires in my area. I did manage to get out and water all the plants which are in containers. They need to be watered every day because of the heat.

under my trackers there is a place to note that you did the sticks and someplace i can't find right now there is a place for personal notes maybe in the fitness area or the nutrition area and you can record them in there..i use my log book and my doc gave me the meter he wants me to use and it plugs into their computer at the clinic and graph and does all kinds of interesting things so you can see where you are some people here (I.M.MAGIC) have spreadsheets that they fill in with their computer and they are always willing to share those for sure

I don't use sparkpeaople to track my insulin and blood sugar. I use dbees.com. They have apps for iPhone and Android so you can log whenever/wherever. It has been handy for me. I will also log in dbees the carbs for meals that are calculated through sparkpeople. The two together are really helping me get a better handle on my diabetes control.

Hi there fellow diabetics, I've not been tracking food for over a year. I have sufferred some weight gain. I went to a free Head to Toe Diabetic Clinic this morning. I weighed in at 237.8. That's down from 240.6 last week when I saw my doctor. My A1-C was 6.8% which is down from 7.4% in May. I didn't get the numbers on the Cholesterol and the Blood Pressure, but was told they were both in the normal range. I do need to get back on track so I can feel good and have more energy.

I was wondering if there is a way to track my insulin along with my food and glucose tracking. Is there such a thing on Sparkpeople?
