Are you using the diabetic tracker that really helps you see the carbs and calories.
You have to still be mindful of the numbers there are way too many foods and menus that exceed the numbers we need here for weight loss and blood sugar control.
You diabetic educator can help you to understand the numbers you have to stay within range for Carbs, calories, fats and protein.
You can do it just keep asking questions there is a video that will help you too. Just click on the nutrition page where it says learn more about the nutrition tracker.
REMEMBER exercise-just walking for a while will lower your BS.
Once you are used to exercise you can move on to strength training too that helps you to lose inches. It is not complicated just use a resistance band and they do make the muscles work. Muscles use up more calories. HUGS Pat in Maine.
