Going to try walking today, with my pedometer on to see how many steps I can complete on my little journey. It is cool out this morning. Already had coffee and something to eat. Now to go burn it off!!

I exercise everyday for a minium of 40min to 1 1/2 hrs. My dog ( Billy) and I get up every morning and walk for 20-30 min. Than another 15-20 in the afternoon and after dinner. I also go to the gym a couple times a week and to the state park and walk it 1-2 times a week for a 35-45min. and go to the dog beach.
Started out the morning right! Hit the gym at 6:15 am for 45 minutes of cardio. What a great feeling to know that exercise is done for the day before going to work. Carol

Appointments all day x 3; ten minute walks from car to office door x 3. Shopping at Walmart through store than through grocery part then back out to car Once home crounches with putting things a was along with lunges, calf lifts, and plenty of stretching.
