Going to try walking today, with my pedometer on to see how many steps I can complete on my little journey. It is cool out this morning. Already had coffee and something to eat. Now to go burn it off!!

Played doing rain dance with the grandkids yesterday and a 3 mile walk with friends last night.

2 mile walk yesterday with my friends. Will try for at least three today, but not until late in the afternoon. Too hot here.

Heading out for a run/walk after I post. I do a long walk/run on weekends. During the week I use the treadmill and weights at work. On Thursday nights I go fencing.

I exercise everyday for a minium of 40min to 1 1/2 hrs. My dog ( Billy) and I get up every morning and walk for 20-30 min. Than another 15-20 in the afternoon and after dinner. I also go to the gym a couple times a week and to the state park and walk it 1-2 times a week for a 35-45min. and go to the dog beach.emoticon

Did a lot of walking to get to my new apartment. Scenery around it is beautiful and I checked it out. I also walked around the neighborhood to see what was there.

I did a total of two hours on the treadmill. and 15 minutes of weights. This helps me keep in check my BS. I do the treadmill almost everyday.

Started out the morning right! Hit the gym at 6:15 am for 45 minutes of cardio. What a great feeling to know that exercise is done for the day before going to work. Carol

Appointments all day x 3; ten minute walks from car to office door x 3.
Shopping at Walmart through store than through grocery part then back out to car
Once home crounches with putting things a was along with lunges, calf lifts, and plenty of stretching.

Such a boring day!
