WELCOME and Good Luck with the meter. Agree that you would be better off dialing the number on the meter or in the guide that came with the meter. If they send you a replacement it will have to come from the Manufacture.
Keep in touch so we can find out if it was replaced and how your are doing.

PeanutsMom, From experience, I would say to call the 800/888 # on the meter...I'll bet the manufacturer will just replace it. I had one replaced and it came in 2 days. The Pharmacy won't be able to just replace it.
I love the nutrition tracker on SPARK . I never seem to get enough potssium, or calcium. the minerals and nutrients are hard, for me, to keep up.
I have been using the nutrition tracker for 3 days now and I really like it. I have only had one day that I went over my allotted carbs. I am still over in fat and calories but I am tackling lower carbs first. I am having problems with my gluocose meter so I have not started testing yet. I accidentally got blood in the data port for the test trip and now it is shutting itself off before performing the test. I am taking it back to the pharmacy or calling the help line today.
