Set up your trackers so you can track your food and exercise.
For most people PORTION sizes is the problem so it is best to measure your food at the beginning so you see how much you should eat.
It is easy to eat too much of the good things it is not always the munchies for everyone. I always ate healthy I just liked to clean my plate or have seconds.
I No longer do that so I went from A1c 8.8 to A1c 5.5 Not over night it does take time you have to work at it and BE PATIENT
EXERCISE is also a great way to lower blood sugar so if you are not moving much start to do some walking for a while then go from there.
