Good answers... just FYI, you don't need to worry about the ticker: when ever you login for your weigh in on the start page, the ticker will automatically update. Makes it SO easy! LOL

i quicktrack on the log in page and i log the portioned servings of fruits and veggies..as a kidney disease patient the diet is low protein low sodium low potassium and low phosphorous and a list of no-nos as long as your arm so i am on high carbs and they are covered by insulin it's not a balanced diet by any means but it has my kidney disease under control and that's all my docs care about right now and me too

Are you using the diabetes tracker or the regular one. I really like the diabetes tracker but I use my own food choices.

i only weigh myself at the doctors office that is often enough and although i remove my shoes the rest of me remains clothed i had a way too harsh experience with th scale for years and my doc suggested that i already KNEW whether or not i was doing the eating thing right and in his office was where i should weigh..he was right i know how i am eating and the scale well once a month is good for me the rest doesn't matter because i KNOW i am doing the walk

I,also, go to the Start Page, under Weight, Glucose and More. Click on that. Another page will come up. You can enter your BS, Weight and A1C on this page. Yes, be sure to click on SAVE or it won't be saved. There are 2 places to SAVE. One that just says SAVE (at the top left) and one that says Save Your Measurements. (bottom right) Either will Work.
Are you doing the Diabetic Management Plan or just the Regular one?

I weigh myself every Saturday morning, after I go to the bathroom and before I have breakfast. I want to give myself every possible advantage. I have problems reading the numbers on the scale so I get my husband to do it for me. It also helps to keep me on track knowing another pair of eyes is watching. I used to weigh myself far too often and would be discouraged when the numbers didn't budge. Now once a week is my rule. Good luck to you.

You weigh whenever you want to. As for adjusting your ticker, go to your start page and choose weights -- click on that and then enter your new weight. Don't forget to save so the ticker will update.
