Here is a link to get you to the set up page to select a diabetes program.

Use the diabetes meal plan you have been provided by your doc or RD/diabetes educator. Use the nutrition tracker to help you monitor your meals and snacks.

There's no food plan but the Diabetic program provides some tools specific to diabetics such as blood glucose monitoring.

There presently is no Diabetic Menu on Spark People. There is a diabetic's program which includes articles and places to input your blood glucose and A1c.

Best approach is to get your Diabetes Dietitian to give you a plan for your calories, carbs, fats and protein and then input those numbers in the recommended ranges on Nutrition Tracker.

Hope this is helpful. Let us know if you've more questions. Usually someone around to respond fairly quickly.

Put Diabetes Center in the search window above--at the top of the page, not for message center. When you get there, the 1st column is for tools for people with diabetes and at the bottom of that column is a link to click on to change your program. There may be another way but that's what worked for me. Good luck.

If you go to your Start page, you can scroll down and on the left side you will see something that shows program...I think if you click on change, you should have the option to go back to the appropriate Diabetes program...

Hope that does that trick? Anyone else?

I was originally on the diabetic and I wanted to see what a regular menu plan looked like. I now want to get back to the diabetic plan but I don't know how to change my diet back. Can anyone help me?
