How do you usually lighten up your restaurant orders?

Ask for no butter/oil
Ask for dressing/sauce on the side
Split the meal with a friend/take other half to-go
Replace meat with beans
Order smaller portion/half order
I don't eat out
Something else not listed here


For Me....Usually eat half the amount and take the rest home for the next day. I also pass on the bread or buns.

Turkey (and I don't like turkey)

But I am going to say I love it now that we are just a family of three. It's a calm lovely day- no fighting, no gripping, no sister in law ALWAYS late, no one "forgetting" what they were going to bring, no under-lying hostility (and all this happened with NO alcohol involved- it was torture, one of the worst days of my year).

Honestly now I am truly thankful, and my husband and daughter agree and we can now laugh at those memories.

How often do you eat lunch at your desk?

Some days, when I'm really busy

Never-- I always take time out for lunch
Never-- I don't work a desk job


For me....I'm retired so never at a desk. DH and I do sometimes eat in the livingroom when the weather is really cold and we want to sit by the fire.

For me....I don't really crave certain foods but we eat differently during the different seasons. Salads in the Summer and more crockpot foods in the Winter.

Admit it: what exercise mistake do you make all the time?

Not hydrating enough before, during, and after exercise
