What I wear depends on how I am feeling that day but they are all comfortable. I have comfortable clothes and I have comfortable work out clothes (nothing expensive mind you cause the prices are outrageous so I stick to the inexpensive items)

Any old clothes. Yesterday I was digging potatoes and pulling tomato plants-fancy clothes don't work there. Also at Cardiac Rehab exercises I sweat so I wear things that wash easily.

Hot Yoga!!! I love yoga, the stretching and breathing to release the stress of the day and toxins...the hot is an added bonus because I am sweating so much!! It keeps me on top of getting my waters in daily also because you HAVE TO stay hydrated!
