This might sound a bit vague, but I think a lot of people like the idea of balance and moderation, but aren't sure how to go about achieving them. Maybe posting links to articles that suggest how to go about doing that or creating discussion threads where people can talk about how they've been able to work on moderating their habits (or ask for help in getting there) would be a good start?
