Diet day did not go well. My Dr. does not want me on this, as he doesn't like the 500 calories as cannot get the protein-carbs-fat that one shoulf












Sorry, don't think this diet is for me. I get a nauseated feeling when I don't eat every meal. I do have some medical issues so that may be the reason. Yesterday was my diet day, but my stomach was out of sorts all day, so just couldn't do it. I probably didn't eat over 900 calories. No weight loss-tomorrow is weigh in day. But this day may keep me from overeating even if I can't do the 500. I'll see how it goes. I do not pig out on my feast day. Instead I keep it about 1500 calories. Betty

Because I could not get the calorie count of yesterday since I was eating away from home I mark yesterday as a low calorie day and today will be a diet day

You are so right. I read yesterday that the smell of citrus fruit makes you not feel hungry. I am going to try that today, keeping a tangerine on hand and eating it just before bed.

Today is a diet day for me. So far, I've done fine with my eating. Egg Beaters and vegetables for breakfast. Lunch was soup and vegetables. Dinner will be lean roast beef and vegetables. The key for me is to eat enough protein to stay satisfied.

This is not a diet day for me. I forgot about eating 500 calories. Will do that tomorrow. I don't have the book, Every Other Day Diet. I do have a book that has lots of days of 500 calorie days. I've never tried to follow it. Probably the best way for me to do it, would be to have 5-100 calorie snacks. I like cheese and Rye Crisp or Wasa crisps. Since I don't know the rules, I don't know if that's Hoyle.

Diet day for me today and I had a 100 cal yogurt for breakfast it was a new brand and good but I am going back to the other brand because they were only 80 calories. I have a t.v. dinner planned for lunch and a big salad for dinner.

I have not had light headiness but the first day my blood sugar was down and had to have a lolly pop but that did not happen again

This is a feast day for me and it's going well. I'm trying to still just eat 3 healthy meals and healthy snacks on my feast days, in order to help myself more.

My tummy wasn't bad yesterday but last night I felt light headed. Have either of you experienced that?

Today is a feast day for me but I started it out like a diet day by waiting until I was hungry to eat. I have been pigging out on feast days and have seen a 1 pound weight gain. I am going to eat just as low as I can while eating things I don't eat on diet days.
