Hi Michelle,
I feel your pain. I am 31 and have three little monsters (ages 3, 6, and 8) and now I'm 60 pounds heavier than I was before pregnancy #1. I work on a very part time basis right now so I am home a lot with a TON of opportunity to sit around and snack. My ultimate goal is somewhere between 120 and 140 (a dress size 6/8). I am starting out this time around (this isn't my first rodeo with SP) lighter than last time at 227. Let me know if you'd like to spark a friendship and tackle this tango with a healthier lifestyle together.

Each second, each minute, each hour, each day, each week, each month, and each year all bring a fresh start. Which moment will you tell yourself it's okay start from Step 1?

Hi, I'm 29 years old and have a 2 year old daughter. I put on a lot of weight while I was pregnant and started to lose after. But I quit my job to stay home with her and gained it all back and then some. I want to be back to where I was before I got pregnant or at least close to it. I am 199 lbs now, and I can't believe it. My ultimate goal is 129, and I'd love to have someone to talk to while I try to make it there.
