I i find it hard not to weigh myself every day too, and yes it does get disheartening when u find out it hasnt moved for a few days but you have to remember the body is working slowly and thats why people weigh in each week so that there is a more "drastic" change than weighing yourself every day.
I wait for the week and for every 5lbs i lose i reward myself for being a good sport in losing those 5lbs!
I dont reward myself with food that im depriving myself of. I DONT deprive myself, i eat bacon pizza chips burgers etc... i also eat so uch fruit and veg and healthy stuff aswell it is litereally finding a balance!
Im going to give myself a pedicure when i reach 210lbs! :D
