Hey, You can add me if you'd like. I need someone to hold me accountable, lol! I've been doing pretty good logging in every day. I also found it helpful to write in my "notes" app in my phone as a journal to vent frustrations or whatever. But it'd be nice to chat with someone going through the same thing too. emoticon

Thanks Brii_Martina. I've decided to try to weigh myself once a week now. I'm taking pics of myself for every ten pounds lost. I have one for these first ten pounds I've lost and I can tell a pretty noticeable difference. I'm not brave enough to post it yet but I will once I lose 50 lbs. of before/after progress pics. emoticon emoticon

Hi Everybody! I i find it hard not to weigh myself every day too, and yes it does get disheartening when u find out it hasnt moved for a few days but you have to remember the body is working slowly and thats why people weigh in each week so that there is a more "drastic" change than weighing yourself every day.

I wait for the week and for every 5lbs i lose i reward myself for being a good sport in losing those 5lbs!
I dont reward myself with food that im depriving myself of. I DONT deprive myself, i eat bacon pizza chips burgers etc... i also eat so uch fruit and veg and healthy stuff aswell it is litereally finding a balance!

Im going to give myself a pedicure when i reach 210lbs! :D

If anyone wants to be my buddy please message me! :D x

I just joined yesterday and I too have a lot to lose. I've lost ten pounds in the past two weeks but the scale hasn't budged in the past three days..very discouraging sometimes. It's hard for me not to weigh everyday I can't wait a week.

Would prefer someone who has LOTS to lose. I have over 100-150 pounds to lose so I'd like to have someone that knows that experience. Just need some accountability.
