Welcome to Spark and the team, April. I'm so glad you found us! There are a lot of tools and resources available here to help us on our journey; my favorites are the fitness and nutrition trackers because the keep me on track and accountable every day. Welcome to our team April! This healthier you journey you are jumping into doesn't have to be hard. ;) take baby steps. Set some reachable goals and go for them. Don't try to change everything overnight. The 10 lb idea that sleepygirl has is a good one! :) choose just a couple things you want to work on. Once those are easy, add something else.

Hi, I am a new member to SP and Weekly challenge. I Need to have friends to encourage me through weigh loss, and exercise. I am looking forward to this, but I know it is going to be tough. I want to lose 50 lbs. emoticon
