Hi Donna! Welcome :)
This team focuses on challenges that change regularly. We try to have something that changes every week. We also have a monthly fitness minutes challenge. You can find the challenges in the "challenges and tracking" forum.
We try to make all of our challenges self defining. So everyone can participate at whatever level you are ready for.
We have special challenges like the "mind over body" which the intro was posted yesterday. This challenge is getting "advertising" before it starts. I anticipate it being one that will go 2-4 weeks. This is one of our special challenges. A new segment will be posted every few days or do depending on the task we are working on. I will create a new thread for each segment. I will be trying to keep it linked together so it doesn't get confusing.

We also are really involved in the conversation and support for each other. We have a great group of fun, active and supportive team members.
