It's great to hear how your journeys are coming along! I did lose a little bit of weight in the beginning, then got lazy and stopped tracking for a few weeks, during which I neither lost or gained (which in itself is a success, as before I would gain back what I'd lost and then some more), and now I'm back on track and the numbers are going down again! All in all, I'm only down 3-4kg, but I'm exercising pretty regularly, which I count as a huge success, and I feel much better about myself!

I haven't really lost any weight but I'm walking a lot more and my energy is up. Two weeks from tomorrow I'm doing a 17 mile fundraiser walk for Suicide Prevention. I think I can do it. If anyone is interested in my fundraising efforts or want to know more about The Overnight, here's a link to my page:

Thank you! That's wonderful! I estimated my weight when I began the program, then eventually weighed myself. I am definitely down. I hope to get down to my goal by July 27, but, like you, I have gone up and down in my caloric count. I have tried to internalize the program and make mental checks now when I eat. I definitely have grown in awareness. I am not as crazy exercise-wise and food-wise as I was when I began, but I also have another person in the house now which affects my habits. But I take responsibility for what I eat now and stop at normal portions. Thank you for sharing.

Nice of you to ask, SensoryFoodie. :) For me, I hit my goal of losing the weight my doctor recommended by my birthday, which amounts to twelve pounds since I joined in March. I had plenty of days where my calories went over what Sparkpeople advised, but I tried to make up for it by exercising regularly. After I realized I had hit my goal, I celebrated for a weekend, and then made new goals, lol. That's about it for me thus far - how is everyone else coming along?

I was just wondering how everyone is doing with almost completing three months on the program. How has your life changed, and have you met goals you wanted to meet?

Thanks for sharing your progress here so we can see how we've done and where we each are! Some of us may be further, some of us may be struggling, but one thing for sure is that we've changed something if we've kept with the program!! Please take a moment to share what you're success has been. Thank you so much!
