Small is the word that SparkPeople likes to stress - small steps, small changes, small improvements everyday. :) With exercise, I like to keep to that. It's much easier to talk myself into 10 or 20 minutes, rather than an hour. And then, later in the day, maybe I move about for another 10 or 20. And hey, maybe I don't. But either way, take it slow and don't change everything at once - that's one of the main messages I've learned here!

I know how you feel! I don't know why I have so much trouble sticking to an exercise routine. I've been trying to get it done first thing in the morning so I don't have excuses throughout the day to put it off. Good luck to you!
