Thanks for the tips, John. I did my Goal Board the day that I joined. I usually set rather ambitious goals for myself but this is one that I really am hoping that I will make: 60 lbs by August 17th, my next wedding anniversary. I have a supportive husband, Paul, so now it is up to me.

I needed some late winter motivation and I decided I was going to shed a bit more weight by the end of June for my oldest sons wedding. I put together a great action plan - Diet, exercise and rest. I received 5, yes 5, Spark Point for doing so.
