Thanks John. I am enjoying SparkPeople so much. I have set up my goal page and am hoping that I will reach the goal time set for me.

Thanks for the tips, John. I did my Goal Board the day that I joined. I usually set rather ambitious goals for myself but this is one that I really am hoping that I will make: 60 lbs by August 17th, my next wedding anniversary. I have a supportive husband, Paul, so now it is up to me.

It's okay - Been there and done that and survived (Got healthier also!!!)

On your Start Page there is an opportunity for you to create a Goal Board. It's quick and simple and you can personalize it all you want. I know what you might be thinking: "This will take too much time!!" Uh-uh. Took me all of four minutes to set mine up.

I needed some late winter motivation and I decided I was going to shed a bit more weight by the end of June for my oldest sons wedding. I put together a great action plan - Diet, exercise and rest. I received 5, yes 5, Spark Point for doing so.

It's in the left column of your Start Page, about half way down the page

Give it a shot.
