I read a little blurb recently that some medications used for insomnia can cause an already slow metabolism to slow down even more. It didn't give any more detail than that. I haven't had time to hit the internet airways, but thought I would ask here. Have any of you seen a weight loss change either before, during, or after insomnia meds? I know that NOT sleeping can cause a weight loss plateau, so where is the balance??? :)
