Hi my name is Zoe and I have been suffering with serious pain for months now. In a bid to stop the pain I cut out meat from my diet while this helped me a little it seems things have gone back to square one.
Recently I saw a health trainer whihc sounds fancy but its not and there is little they can do. I am from the UK and the NHS has a lovely thing called budget cuts. Health trainers can advise on certain things but you have to do a lot of the work your self.
One thing that was apparent in the meeting was that I do not eat enough, I have about 1 meal a day and I binge eat too. He said that this would cause a lot of problems and cause me to gain weight. I am so scared of gaing weight so what he had to say next scared the hell out of me. He said that I need to eat 3 meals a day and healthy snack, oh my goodness I am sweating just thinking about it.
I am going to go shopping next week for good foods but not sure what to stay away from.
