See I have tried the hummus and I didnt really care for it so I have been making some far free dip with fat free sour cream and then the dry ranch mix but getting sick of that.
When I want to step away from the fruit, veggies and nuts for a snack, I reach for the Kashi granola bars.
You could try hummus instead of dip.

I am a major chips and dip girl and I know that is wehre I am gaining the pounds. So I am looking for lots of different snack ideas to eat. I know there are your vegies and fruits but that is one of my problems I am not good at eating them, I eat my vegies with dip and I cant tell you the last time I ate a fruit....thinking I might want to start doing that also..
